Our self-fit chevron kits are designed and tested for fast, easy, and accurate installation. The Vauxhall Vivaro 2001-2014 Chevron kit is supplied as flooded fluorescent yellow with Either red R3B Prismatic (Chapter 8) or Engineering grade vinyl.
The reds are applied separately but positioned and numbered for easy installation. Sections are positioned and numbered for easy installation. It is delivered with an annotated visual fitting guide and installation tip sheet. All Chapter 8 kits include a pack of 12 Lozenges.

As standard all our kits come with the reds separate to the yellow. If you require the reds to be applied to the yellow please call us to add this option. There will be an additional charge for reds applied kits and the lead time will be extended.
PRISMATIC GRADE REFLECTIVE RED
Also known as retro-reflective material, the Chapter 8 guidelines recommend the use of this grade material when working on all roads with a speed limit greater than 40mph. The new regulations also recommend that this material be certified as R3B compliant. All of our prismatic material is R3B compliant so we can guarantee you will be fully compliant.
ENGINEER GRADE REFLECTIVE RED
An entry grade material suitable for roads with a speed limit of 40mph and less. There are 2 levels of certification for this grade of material, R1 and R2. All of our grade red is R2 certified, meaning it is the highest of quality for a non-prismatic material.
