All of our delivery charges are listed within our About section of the site, under Ordering. There are various options you can choose from, including Next Day delivery. The sales team can confirm all delivery charge options and costs at point of ordering.
For International orders, if items are out of stock they can not be delivered with the rest of your order. We will inform you as soon as these items are back in stock. We have a back order process in place at Metamark, where we send weekly notifications for back orders informing customers when material is available. For special instructions such as requesting slitting, this can be added at the basket stage before you submit your order. You will find a notes box and you can type in the instructions. For delivery instructions, such as where to direct the driver, or where to leave the delivery, this can be added at the payment stage of the order processing. This is where you will have selected the delivery option you prefer.
If you have purchased Metamark media before, even if a long time ago, you will have an account with us, however it will not automatically be enabled to use online so please request this. First you must go to the Account Visibilty form, submit your entry and a notification will be sent to the eCommerce Support Team. When your account has been enabled, you will get an email requesting you to reset your password. Follow the steps and you can access the site. If you have an account with Metamark, your order will be processed on your account and you will be invoiced. If you do not have an account, we will be pleased to consider opening a credit account for you which will allow payment at 30 days nett. Alternatively you can pay direct as we accept payment by Mastercard and Visa credit cards, and Maestro and Visa debit cards. For International orders, you can pay directly to Metamark through BACS or same day bank transfer. Details can be provided at the point of ordering.
Opening an account with Metamark couldn’t be easier. We have an online form that can be completed where we ask you to provide certain contact details. This is then submitted to the team so we can contact you. Upon successful application we will email to you an EchoSign document for you to sign, and open your account. If you have placed and submitted your order online, but now need to cancel it, you need to contact the Customer Service team immediately to stop the order from being processed. If the order has already gone through the processing and dispatch stage, it will arrive with you but the Customer Service team will discuss options for returning the goods. Where possible we are happy to provide a sample roll that is 1370mm wide and up to 5m in length.
We do have swatch books available for particular product ranges, we also have various sales cards that we can also provide. Depending on how many swatch books you require, there is a cost associated to them, please check directly with the sales team
