MetaDot, from the Metamark DécorMark stable of decorative digital media, is everything you'd expect of a digitally printable Metamark material. It has a great appetite for all modern digital inks and so you can use it with any Latex, UV or EcoSolvent printer, it resolves the tiniest details brilliantly, and it delivers those larger-than-life colours that retailers and other business with something to say just seem to love.
What makes MetaDot different - really different - is its adhesive system.
MetaDot features a patterned adhesive layer. Instead of having a uniform coating of pressure sensitive adhesive, MetaDot's adhesive is distributed into isolated elements so none is directly connected to its neighbours. That doesn't just make applying MetaDot easy - it makes it virtually effortless.
Even in completely unskilled hands, it simply isn't possibly to trap air and bubbles behind an applied MetaDot graphic. It's repositionable and easy to remove, and no trapped air means flawless applications and the sort of smooth results that once only a very skilled applicator could achieve. And because the adhesive is distributed in a dot-like pattern, any physical specs on the application surface don't cause the material to “tent.†That makes MetaDot a lot more tolerant of application conditions than other materials.
Your customers can use MetaDot graphics practically anywhere you'd use other printed decorative materials and it thousands of places they're going to try once they've experienced just how easy it is to use. It works on walls. It works on glass it works on partitions - the list goes on an on - just about any flat smooth surface can be transformed into a hardworking POS graphics or attractive short-term mural.
MetaDot is available now in white and clear matt finishes in 1370mm rolls. Just print it, and ship it to your customer for application.
