Divine Signs Delivers Rapid Trident Utilities Rebrand

Divine Signs delivered a fast-turnaround environmental rebrand for Trident Utilities, transforming offices with wall graphics, etched windows, acrylic panels and exterior branding. Tight deadlines, difficult surfaces and extensive coordination required careful specification, production planning and installation management.

Challenge
Trident Utilities wanted a complete visual rebrand carried consistently throughout its premises, covering offices, meeting rooms, glazed areas and external entrance features. The project involved multiple substrates, large graphic volumes and demanding production timescales, with installation required within weeks of approval. Existing wall graphics on site had already failed due to poor preparation and unsuitable media selection, creating additional concern around long-term durability. Exterior cladding surfaces also presented adhesion challenges, requiring reliable specification and extensive preparation work.

Solution
Divine Signs worked alongside the client’s appointed branding agency, supplying site measurements and adapting artwork for production and installation. The project used Metamark materials, including MD5 UB for wall graphics and M7 Crystal Etch for frosted glazing manifestations. Metamark’s Silver Bullet primer was specified to improve adhesion on dry internal walls supported by meticulous surface preparation. Production operated around the clock for much of the programme, with installation completed largely over a bank holiday weekend to minimise disruption and maintain deadline commitments.

Result
The completed rebrand delivered a consistent visual identity throughout the Trident Utilities environment, combining interior graphics, window manifestations, acrylic applications and exterior branding elements within a unified finish. Divine Signs’ emphasis on preparation, material consistency and project coordination helped avoid the failures seen in previous installations while maintaining print consistency across multiple applications. The successful delivery has already led to discussions around additional phases of work, with further internal areas potentially scheduled for future rebranding and graphic upgrades.
