If wraps, by definition, are supposed to be head-turning advertisements, then Elite Signs and Graphics has just delivered something that's spot on to a client with a lot to publicise...

Wales is blessed with some of the best countryside in the UK, a spectacular coastline and interesting heritage too. Pembrey Country Park has arguably taken this all to heart and really managed to condense the whole package, and then some, into its offering.

There are not many places where you can soak it all up on miles of golden sands and then, minutes later, take to the slopes for a spot of ski-based activity. Pembrey though is one such place. It has one of the first beaches to be awarded a blue flag and it does indeed have a dry ski slope to temp the athletic.

The park wasn't always there in the cause of recreation. Its isolation and the local geography with rolling sand dunes made it ideal for activities best conducted out of the reach of the population in general. So, since the 1800s, it had been used for manufacturing gunpowder and it was previously the site of the Pembrey Ordnance Factory. Today, with its stunning scenery and with more activities to pursue than could be listed here, it's all very different - it's very popular too.

Pembrey Country Park is a regular client of Bridgend based Elite Signs and Graphics despite there being over fifty miles separating the two. Simon James and the team at Elite are widely known for the quality of the wrapping work they undertake and that seemed like an ideal prescription for the park's promotional needs, and so they elected to go to Elite.

The subject of Elite's work on this occasion was a muscular looking utility truck. The design attempted to capture the scope and beauty of the park and to broadcast its name widely. Score. It works brilliantly. Such works are demanding of the wrap applicator whose skills are really exercised by both content and the far-from-flat panel work. Thankfully, wrapping skills are not in short supply at Elite.

As they're inclined to do, the Elite team reached for a roll of MetaWrap MD-X For the Pembrey County Park job. There's always one close at hand. Once the pre-press work was out of the way and the printing and laminating with MetaGuard MD-X done, application proceeded without incident. The result, as always, stunning.

Should you happen to see the Pembrey Country Park truck on its travels and come to the conclusion that there's an attraction not too far away that has an awful lot more to offer than might be expected, then Elite, and its wrap, will have done their jobs.
