What happens if the product is damaged on delivery?
If your order has been delivered damaged, as in the boxes are noticably damaged, please ensure this is immediately notified to the shipper / courier company before signing the POD. If you are unsure and have a query on damaged shipments, please contact the relevant team, and provide photographic evidence so we understand better the problem.
