Elite Signs and Graphics racks up another winning trades livery for a serial customer…

Elite Signs and Graphics, based in Bridgend, first got a knock on the door in 2011 from JB Gas and Simon James and the team did a great job giving the customer what other companies had apparently be unable to give. Customer was happy. So happy in fact that they were back again in 2012, and in 2014 as the fleet got bigger. Now, with vehicles reaching the end of life, JB Gas has paid Elite Signs another visit and once again, there were fleet vehicles that needed the Elite touch.

The livery is one of those among others of its class that you’d remember. Central to the theme overall is a little character with a monster pipe-wrench over his shoulder, and a ready-for-anything smile on his cartoon face. He’s stood in a pool of water, having one must suppose, fixed the leak that caused it and he’s repeated on all of the vehicle’s flanks.

It’s a print job. So, Simon and team reach straight for the MetaWrap MD-X and its MetaGuard Laminate in such circumstance and they do a great design its full justice by dialling up the colour to a poppy point of presence that really lifts JB’s spokes-spanner man off the vehicle and into the memory cortex of all who’ll see him.

The lettering and logo elements are cut and applied. Metamark 7 Series gets the job done for that part of the ensemble and, despite being on a conventional Metamark Apex Adhesive, the glossy white resists any drift to pink even though there’s a blood-hot paint job on the van wanting to push its way through.

An expertly produced and installed livery confers a lot of credibility on the business it serves to promote and, in an area of very competitive business, it does much to help the company distinguish itself among its competition. Thanks to Elite Signs and Graphics work, JB Gas has just such a livery. It’s a quality job and it’ll endure, just like the positive associations the brand make.
